About the white border: the print and the certificate both have a clean white border on purpose, so you can trim it to fit your frame perfectly if you want. Frames are never exact, and that little margin gives you room. Trim it or leave it. Either way, the signature and the certificate are what make it authentic, not the edge of the paper.
